AccessWorks needed to introduce EDOMS to the market as a new product category without diluting the core AccessWorks brand. The previous website experience did not effectively communicate product value, nor did it support structured lead generation, online purchasing, or integrator enablement. The challenge was to create a clear brand separation, design a strong product identity, and build a seamless digital purchasing and consultation experience that would appeal to both end users (hotels, serviced apartments, corporate facilities) and system integrators.

We redesigned the AccessWorks website for solution-led messaging and built a dedicated e-commerce platform for EDOMS with structured product presentation, pricing pathways, and dual conversions (purchase or request consultation).
